I used a brand called Capelli and it tangles a lot. What can I do besides brushing it all darn day? Are there any products I can use from Sally's Beauty supply or a regular beauty supply that would helps it from tangling and that doesn't require me to wet or shampoo my hair.

try another hair brand such as blackdiamond hair
Well, Rule number one if the weave is low quality it will tangle NO MATTER WHAT
so make sure you buy GOOD quality weave it will be worth it, my experience is anytime its over 30 dollars a pack its always great.
now when you have a great quality weave, make sure you wrap it EVERY NIGHT! wash it with mild conditoner every 2 weeks and aviod putting heat on it as much as possible, you should be fine then.
