You can get the weave sewn in or glued in. With sewn (which I think is the best option) they do cornrow your hair. The 'glue' option is where your stylist will use a grayish looking hair 'glue' to place the track onto your scalp. Too me, it was hard and time consuming to remove them without taking some of your hair with it. The only way I see a stylist cutting the hair would be if you are getting the weave shorter than your hair length, lots of dead ends. etc etc. Create a video blog
