Wonderful is all I can really say. Milky Way had lost me when it came to their previous set of hair. Poor thing curled up like a cat toy, but not this Saga - truely it has been a saga. This hair is amazing. You can wash, curl, flip, wave, style it as you like .... there is ABSOLUTELY NO FALL OUT (unless you are pulling it out by hand), and no! no! no! no! never a tangle!
